cant change password for Time Capsule 802.11ac
I forgot password for time capsule
Cant change the password for Time Capsule with using soft reset.
whats next? hard reset?

You may be doing it wrong, as a "soft" reset should provide you with access (up to five minutes) to your Time Capsule to change passwords. I suggest trying it again. Should that fail, go for either a "hard" or "factory default" reset.
