Battery and Charging

Hi
I own an iPhone 7 since a year ago, now my battery gets low so fast and my battery health (beta) is 83%.
The main problem now is that my iPhone started showing "This accessory might be not supported" while charging even if it was being charged with Apple's original charger, I thought my charger is damaged and got 3 more chargers since that and all of those stopped working after a couple of days and the previous message was often to be seen while charging. However, the last chargers are good quality and worked pretty good for others.

So does that mean that my iPhone's charging port is damaged? Is there anything I can do?
