Device rename not working

Device rename not working

I have two new iPad mini 4‘s listed under my Apple ID. I renamed them both (Settings>About>Name), and but when I go to the Apple ID device list, they still have the same default name setting.

Is there somewhere else where I should be changing the names?

iPad mini 4 Wi-Fi, iOS 11.4.1

Had same issue, and this worked (signing out of the device that was renamed and then signing back in). Thanks for the note.

Have you tried signing out of iCloud and back in?
