Flood illuminator IPhone x

Hi, I’m interested in buying the iPhone X but don’t want to use Face ID. Is it possible to turn off the flood illumator completely?

Finish Setting up Your Phone won't go away. I don't want face recognition. If Face recognition is a mandatory requirement for iphone. I'll change.

No. It’s part of the iSight camera.
