Apple watch and friends September challenge

me and my wife have apple watches. I was confused when she got an achievement for the September challenge as hers only required closing the activity ring 3 times. Mine how ever requires I close it 10 times to get the same achievement. How does your watch set these challenges? Is it based on your historical activity levels?

Apple Watch Monthly Challenges I used to have an Apple Watch series 2, and always enjoyed trying to earn the monthly challenges as a competition against myself. I recently upgraded (in March 2020) to an Apple Watch series 5, and I have not gotten any monthly challenges. I have gotten other challenges and awards so I have notifications turned on for challenges, but I don’t even see what the current monthly challenge is in the activities app. Any suggestions on how to turn these on for my new watch?

Activity awards on apple watch Hello. I have a problem. Throughout the last week, all activity rings were closed. But on the last day, achievements were obtained only for standing and exercises through all 7 days. For closing all the rings in a week there was no achievement and for closing the ring of movement too. Why could this be? All screens are below.
