After 11.4.1 software update my red iPhone 7 Plus stopped recording sound and no sound on calls unless connected to Bluetooth

phone calls do connect however it is silent on both ends of the call, FaceTime connects w/ black screen and no sound...UNLESS I’m connected to the Bluetooth in the car 🏼♀...then I have sound on both ends of the call. Also videos record without sound and cannot use Siri or voice memos or voice texting. Headphones don’t work at all. Still can listen to Pandora, videos, media, voicemail msgs....because of others w same issue after update it seems related! need a fix for this ASAP!
