How do you upgrade ios 9 to ios 10 on Mini ipad?
Is there a way to update the iOS from 9.3.5 to 10 on Ipad mini?

If you're using a first generation model, it can't be updated past 9.3.5. Otherwise, it can only be updated directly to 11.4.1.
