icloud dll error on PC Startup since update. Windows 10

I have a Dell OptiPlex 745 running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit. the CPU is: Intel Pentium D 950 Presler 65nm Technology, Ram: 6.00GB DDR2, Storage:

931GB Western Digital WDC WD10EZEX-60M2NA0 ATA Device (SATA ) 53 °C

931GB Seagate Expansion SCSI Disk Device (USB (SATA) ).


Since an update to my Apple iCloud Software I have the attached Error when turning on the PC and while loading all the applications.

I am unable to locate help at Apple on this error so wandered if anyone out there is able to tell me how to fix the error.

There was someone with the same problem some time ago with Win7 but no-one helped her. So please guys help me.
