Whenever I try to watch live TV on Sky Go on my Mac Book I get error message PFE 9903. How do I determine what video capture software may being running. None of the programmes listed on sky help on loaded on my iMac!

Try using the Activity Monitor app in the /Applications/Utilities folder to see what processes are running. From what I can glean from the Sky Go support forum, their product is "not ready for primetime" and "sensitive" to any other video-related apps running concurrently on your Mac.

NML2NDeviceObserver worked well for me!
Wow, you made my day. Since month I was struggling with this error code. Deleting NML2NDeviceObserver makes SkyGo working also on an iMac, Thx. Mark
In activity monitor, force quit this process - then it will work

Hey I have this problem and can't find the 'NML2NDeviceObserver' process in my activity monitor
Same here. I've tried force quitting quick time player, some CiscoVideomonitor software etc, but to no avail. Sky help are as not. About as useful as a chocolate teapot.
