Can more than one wireless device be used on the iPhone X?

By "wireless", do you mean a BlueTooth device? If so, the answer is yes, as long as they aren't the same type of device. For example, you can use BT headphones and an Apple Watch at the same time. You can use BT speakers and a BT keyboard. You cannot, however, use two pairs of BT headphones.
