I have recently been having trouble with my apple id, it keeps saying its disabled however when ever I reset my password (because ive done it on multiple occasions)it still says its disabled now I am setting up my new phone and because my apple id is still disabled I am not aloud to download any app.

There doesn't appear to be a quicker way because you have complete the suggested steps. At the end of that article, there is a link to contact Apple. Since you have contacted iTunes Support, you have done that.
