my apple id has been disabled and so i cant download apps or update the current ones. How can i fix this?
MY APPLE ID IS DISABLED AND I EVEN RESET MY PASSWORD BUT ITS STILL DISABLED AND I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO.

Follow this instructions in this support article to re-enable your Apple account. Note that if the troubleshooting steps do not work, there is a "contact us" link in the 2nd to last paragraph that you will need to use: Apple ID Disabled
