Can constantly dropping your iPhone affect you Siri or microphone?

I’ve constantly dropped my phone and now when I say “hey siri” it works but when I try to say something she turns off really quickly and I press

the button at the bottom to say it again, but it never works, so I think that I damaged my microphone but when I’m on the phone talking it’s fine. so I dony know if restar my phone will reset my siri so she can work agai.
