cannot recall 6 digit security code , ' iPhone is disabled

Then you are going to have to erase it using one of the two methods outlined in this support article: If you see the Connect to iTunes, or you forgot your passcode, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

You can then restore it to your latest backup from iCloud or iTunes: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
