iphone 6s back up issue

I backed up my iPhone 6s to iTunes on 8/25 however when I choose to restore the phone in I tunes I do not have the option for this restore point , I have windows 8 on my hard drive I backed up 59 gig from the phone, I can see the files on my drive but do not know how to get them back into iTunes to restore to my new phone, the only restore points in I tunes are later dates without my information , I know the files are still on my drive as I can see the drive storage has them , is there any software or something I can do to put the files back in iTunes or to the phone?

Hmm, see this:

If your iTunes backup couldn‘t be completed or you can‘t restore from a backup

Locate backups of your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

thanks the issue I now have is my pc has over 60 gig of back up, iTunes can not see the files but I see them on my hard drive, now after contacting apple support they had me copy and paste all the files together in iTunes to make 1 back up file but when I connect the phone to iTunes and go to restore there is an error completing the back up and it doesn't complete . I have 1 back up file date in iTunes and it doesn't work I have so many files on my hard drive from iTunes original back up on 8/25 but do not know how to compress and make 1 and put back to iTunes to restore phone , the 9/3 file doesn't work...
