It's a shame I cannot select Ukraine from the European countries list to get decent support and have to struggle amongst multiple codes and verifications that lead to nothing. Looks like nobody is interested in providing real support.

Please understand we are not Apple, rather end users like you. We have no special knowledge of why Apple does or does not do something.
Why Ukraine is NOT on the list? There are so many Apple users here deprived of their right to get at least some support
