I own an iPad 2 - 32 GB, for the last 4 years or so.

Off late i have been having a problem. When i switch the iPad on, it only shows a black screen with the apple logo in it. that lasts for a minute or so, then iPad goes off again.

Earlier, it used to hang pretty often, and would restart. however, this time, it never started again!!

How do i restore my iPad back to normalcy?

I have already contacted apple for Chat help, etc...but not much use.

Look forward to hearing ways to get around this please!
