iPhone X sound issue

Hi,

I've an issue with my iPhone X that I can't hear the sound during an incoming call and for the alarm as well. The first ring is ok but then the sound is going very low.

Is it and iOS issue?

The speakers are working well for videos and music.

What could be the origin of this issue?

Thanks

Yassine

Try going into Settings/Sounds & Haptics and deselect “Change with Buttons”, Also look at the ”Attention Awareness” feature http://osxdaily.com/2018/03/30/iphone-x-ring-volume-low-fix/

Changes to the above should enable a set volume to remain set and in the latter stop the decrease when the device detects a face.
