iPhone X screen freezes

The screen of my iphone 10 freezes frequently. Sometimes it takes more than a minute for the screen to respond to commands (touches). It also happens that I have to restart my iphone completely. The community has a solution from Apple: completely reinstall as a new iphone. Are there users who have experience with this? Has helped this. If not, what is the solution that Apple has offered for this problem?

Yes, after trying a forced restart of your iPhone (to no avail), the next step (very often helpful) is to install a fresh copy of iOS on that device.

To perform that procedure, make a full backup of your iphone, then restore it to factory settings, and, at the end, set it up as new:

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

When done, restore your data from your previously made backup:

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support


If the issue still persists, since your iPX is still under warranty, make an appointment at your most convenient Apple Store or authorized Service Provider and have your device inspected:

Apple - Find Locations - Location Selector
