NFL RED ZONE SUBSCRIPTION

Try logging out of your tv provider credentials but keep RedZone active, obviously. I had the exact same issues but noticed a note to do this in the app in the fine print under FAQ & Customer Service page. Hope this helps. We shall see in a few hours!

I assume you bought this on your iPhone like me. It won’t be available now but that little RedZone tab with key used to purchase is all you get. About three hours after purchasing the little key went away and was just RedZone. And you click that 500 times till it finally works and doesn’t show you a local game. You can’t use on Apple TV or mirror it they black it out audio only. I canceled my subscription. App is terrible the feed drops and you get back in what I assume is line 500 more clicks for another glimpse of football.

This is the second week that I cannot access my subscription from the nfl app. Shoddy, unacceptable!
