Startvolume name is deleted, no boot possible

Hi all, I bought a Macbook pro from our company and it has been "cleaned" so deep, that the start volume name has been erased and as a consequence, the machine does not boot. How can I rename the start volume, so that the machine boots again?

I am happy for any advise and experience
