How can I stop a payment. For an app that I don’t have it.

I downloaded a scanner app. After the first month Apple start to take money for the app. I want to cancel this payment I don’t have the app anymore.

Note that removing an app from your device does not cancel any associated subscription that might have been set up. Use the link above to cancel further renewals of that subscription. In principle all completed sales are final however you can use the https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ pages to request a refund for any unwanted and unused service that you weren't aware had been set up.
