i have used 3.5 GB of 5 GB of icloud, but i cant restore my data it gives a caution that “ No Data Gound” kindly help me to reslove my issue, thanks

What kind of data are you attempting to restore? If you're referring to contacts, calendars, and the like, then those are not included in the data usage you're referring to. If you followed the steps in:
https://support.apple.com/kb/PH22730?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US
And there was no data to restore, then they're gone unless you have them backed up with another internet account such as Gmail.
