Hey guys,
I just an Epson XP-440 printer for school and I've been trying to print stuff double-sided, but the option from the layout menu is not available. I have been told that the printer can print double-sided?
How do I fix this? Does anyone else have the same problem?

Taking a quick glance at the on-line user guide for this printer did not indicate that this particular printer model supports double-sided printing ... at least, not from a Mac. It appears that feature only works for Windows PCs.
If this feature is critical to you, and you will only be printing from a Mac, then I suggest that you return it for a refund and get another printer.

But I’ve opened the printer and I’ve printed a few pages, can I still return it?
That will depend where you bought it and their return policy.
