I imported my raw photos in to my photo library and am now trying to get over to lightroom for editing. When I drag the raw photos out of the photos app they are reduced to jpeg. I deleted the photos from my memory card on import so they are stuck in photos. How do I get the raw photos over to lightroom?

You will need to select the image(s) and do file->export->unmodified
This will let you save the RAWs to a secondary folder. You can then load them into lightroom.

If you're using Lightroom, why use Photos at all? LR is a far more capable app.
I was going to say something like that, but was going to ease into it... 8^)
