I have tried all the little hoops and stupid things to check on my Mackbook Pro. From one day to the next it stopped sending my edits to shared notes. It will receive edits that others make including my edits if I make them on my iPad. I am not the only one to struggle with this issue and I am tired of the sign-out/sign-in answers. If there is a bug and we ALL know there is as I know 5 people personally that have struggled with this issue. FIX THE BUG PLEASE!!
Avoid using third party apps / softwares in your complete machine , only malware bytes anti malware for Mac , and may be Microsoft office that is purchased from genuine apple store is sufficient , the more the unknown apps are used the chances of Mac corruption increases , after all its your choice .

You see! I have done all these steps over and over. There is a problem with Notes...It will fail! All of my devices are signed into my one iCloud account! If this was not the case I would not all the sudden stop having my changes seen by everyone in the shared note, while still receiving their changes.
I have seen this issue more than enough times to know that there is a real problem. The Apple platform cannot be so fickle that I have to sign out and sign back in to get things to work again (that does not work - just for the record). So now that I have tried all of the solutions I can find online, what do I do?? All of my devices are always updated just as soon as the updates are available.

Hey, Thank you for your help. Your solution worked. I am a bit frustrated that I cannot have the things I use on my computer. It is also frustrating that the problem that I was having was not with ALL shared notes, just one. I shared the findings with a friend having the same issue with the same shared note, but this did not solve his problem. The leads me to ask, how stable is the Mac platform if it is so temperamental with other apps running on the machine?
Is there a way to pull my system diagnostic report off the web now? I do not think the world needs to see the ins and outs of my machine.
