Question

Can't delete a message in Entourage

I apologize if this was answered already. I have a message in my inbox of Entourage that I can't effectuate in any way: move, reply, delete, etc. I get a message:

The action could not be completed.
And unknown error (16002) occurred.

Help!

This is apparently not a common error.

Thanks, I didn't find specific remedies for it but saw similar errors which called for the database to be rebuilt. That's what I did and the message was deleted.
