damage water for I phone 8 plus and I didon’t get my photos and video In my new iPhone X 😭what can I do to get it again or to fix my phone

If you damaged your iPhone due to water and it will no longer turn on, then you cannot restore photos from that phone. If you have a backup of the phone when the photos were on it, you can restore your new phone to that backup, otherwise the photos would be lost.
