I need the pin code for my Mac book pro

Hello dear sir/madam

Currently I have a problem with my Mac book pro

When I want to turn on the Mac book .I see the alarm that they want me the password pin code that I don't know or maybe forgot.

The alarm is

This Mac has been locked with find my Mac

Didn't lock this Mac ? Go to www.icloud.com/find to get the pin to unlock it

But I could do that . could you please help me

How do I unlock my Mac?

Once you locate your Mac, you can unlock it by entering your passcode on the lock screen.

Here's how to see the passcode that you used to lock your Mac:

Sign in to icloud.com/find on a Mac or PC.
Select your Mac from the Devices menu.
Select Unlock. After you follow the onscreen steps to verify your identity, you'll see the passcode that you need to unlock your Mac.

If you forget your passcode or can't verify your identity to see it, you need to take your Mac to an Apple Authorized Service Provider along with your proof of purchase.
