My phone is iPhone X. But I haven’t FaceTime application. And I couldn’t find it in App Store. How can I find and install it?

Phones sold in UAE will not have FaceTime available.

If you previously had a phone that you purchased in UAE that did have FaceTime on it, that device was imported and re-sold illegally. It was originally sold in a country outside of the Middle East.

Where was the iPhone purchased exactly?

What model number does it have in Settings->General->About->Model?

Facetime is banned in some countries, and restricted in others to specific carriers.

Did you buy the iPhone 5s in the Middle East?

The model you post, identifies the iPhone as oe that is meant for the the United Arab Emirates or other Middle Eastern Countries, where Facetime is restricted to certain carriers in certain countries, or out right banned in others.

If you take an iPhone out of the region, and attempt to use it with a different carrier, it will not have Facetime.
