Change Apple Communities Username

Do you wish to change your username, or your password? You say one thing, then you say the other. If you wish to change your username, you cannot do that yourself, a host would need to do that. If you wish to change your password, that is your Apple ID password, and that would have to be done in the manage your Apple ID website.

Perhaps not. We do it by reporting your post with a username issue, and I don't think you can report a post that you made!

I may be wrong about that, however, I just tried and I think I was able to report this post. The forum software got a major update a few months ago, and a lot of the things that we thought we knew ain't so anymore.

Yep. Own-post reporting was one of the first things that I noticed

There was a spell where own OriginalPost was glitchy (I think) - appears available now

Now... if they would just let us report the same post MORE than ONCE

You need to be a higher level to report issues to the hosts. I believe it is Level 2 and above to report posts.
