Who do I contact to dispute a charge that was paid with ApplePay Cash (not through on eof my connected credit cards). I transferred money to the Apple Pay Cash wallet and paid for a pick up order that the merchant did not provide. The merchant was not willing to refund the purchase.

To open a dispute for a transaction, contact us. Apple Pay person to person payments are just like any other private transaction between two people. If you sent money to the wrong person, try to cancel the payment or ask them to send the money back.
