My bank and Apple were quick to act and I was refunded, but Apple wrote to me asking about another device linked to my account. This is my daughters Apple ID (only ever used for free apps) So I am thinking this must be the reason her phone was disabled. Any ideas how we can fix this situation? if this doesn't work If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support then contact Apple support.
