How to check if VT is active?

Hi all,

I am trying to see if VT is active under boot camp to accelerate my android emulator following this procedure:

As you can see it talks about going into the bios which doesn't exist for iMacs (I guess). Can I check under my Windows 10 Partition if it's already active somehow and if not is there a way to activate it - either from the MacOS side or the Win10 side?
