how you select multiple photos in Icloud

Hold down the command key while selecting the photos.

Another option is to select a Moment, then click the Share button, and then cancelling the Share. The photos should remain selected.

If you are using a windows keyboard, try the control key.

press command , option and shift key and tap the photos .
