LTE, Verizon , 3 bars, 250 ping almost zero speed.

LTE, Verizon , 3 bars, 250 ping almost zero speed.

I can be in the same room with a Samsung phone, another Iphone and my X and they will get normal speeds and pings for Verizon LTE and I get ping 250 and speed of 0.07 or something like that.

Sick of this.

I have turned cellular on and off...multiple times. does NOT improve. If I move to an area with 4 bars and perfect signal then I can use the internet, but not in most places where only MY Phone wont work.

Iphone X. Verizon unlimited data and this happens no matter how much data I have used.

Help.

If I get to an area where there is perfect LTE then yes, it works like everybody else but in most places it is not perfect.

Would reset all settings help? What do I have to RE set if I do that, what gets erased?

My phone is an Iphone X

You should try to reset network settings first. Reset all settings just resets your personal settings and does not delete data. Have you tried to get the device diagnosed? If you make an appointment with the nearest Apple store genius bar they can perform a diagnostics on it to see if something in wonky.

Trying reset network now, as i recall that is the one that will forget all my former wifi settings so any wifi it usually auto connects to now wont, right?

Anyway, I have had my phone looked at where the remote connect for another issue, assume if there was a problem they would have seen it then.

That issue was battery use, when 11.4.1 came on board i went downhill battery wise so they remote connected and said no issues they could see.
