Pop-Up Window asking for me to sign in
This window suddenly popped up on my screen - anyone know what is going on here? Doesn't feel right.

You are correct to be suspicious. The wording to me seems off. I think the message should include what app is requesting the change. Oh..., it's a bogus message. The word Apple would not be in the message.
What were you doing before the message appeared? What is the app in the upper left of the screen, to the right of the apple icon?
How might they have gotten your name?
