I'm trying to help someone get into their iCloud account. Due to the Verizon & Yahoo merger they lost their email address and unable to get into their account. We tried to do the "Forgot Apple ID/Password". When we went to put the birthday in it's saying that it is invalid. Any info on how to get past this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
