Subscriptions

I have been charged for two months with the tidal app, however when I open the app it says I am not subscribed as well as in my subscriptions in my settings it says the subscription which was a free trial ended jul 20 of this year.

why am i being charged during a free trial i signed up for a 1 month free trial for tidal through apple. So why am i being charges when the trial is no where near over? i refuse to pay for something that i didn't get the full guaranteed promotion on. What do i need to do? Subscription I have downloaded an app with a monthly subscription. I’m in the free trial period but when I go to the subscriptions it shows I have no subscriptions. I just want to make sure I’m not charged for this app.

If it isn't showing in your subscriptions then you may have subscribed directly with Tidal, check with them.

If it does show that you are being charged by Apple: iTunes Store - Contact Us - Apple Support
