How could I cancel automatically connect to an WIFI with web portal access

OS:macos 10.13.16

The first time I connect to the wifi with web authentication, then an web authentication window comes out and i type my account name and pswd. But when the second time I click the wifi, mac connect to it and do the authentication automatically. And i will see "success"at captive.apple.com

The problem is, i 'd like to see the web authentication window in the second or later time I connect to the wifi, i do not need auto-authentication .How could I manage to do that?I can only cancel auto-connect to the wifi, but not the auto web authentication. THANKs very much!

apple icon > system preferences... > network

User uploaded file

highlight what you want to get rid of

I'd think there would thing you could write an apple script to force the delete.
