No. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return it for a full refund.
At this point all you can do is sell it, and use the money for a Series 4.
I just bought an Apple Watch series 3 on Aug 20th. The new one is just coming out. Is there a way to return the one I bought or upgrade? If I had known a new one was coming out I would’ve waited to buy the new one.
