Purchases are considered final but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support (you know that you are only talking to fellow users on here, so obviously nobody on here can potentially refund you) and see if they will refund or credit you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

And if it’s an auto-renewing subscription I assume you’ve already stopped its auto-renewal
