Airpods charging case not charging

Hello all,

I have an issue with charging my airpods case. If I plug in the charger to the airpods charging case, the airpods themselves will charge but for some reason, the airpods charging case cannot get charged past 1 %. What could be going on and are there any possible workarounds for this problem?

Test with a different charging cable and power adapter. If that doesn't resolve the problem it is time to Contact Apple Support
