switching secondary account to primary

I had 2 apple accounts. One I used for my medical office and the other for my personal. I h ave since partially handed over the practice to another physician and the office is still using that Apple email account. The Name and payment information has been changed to his name and Credit account. On my MacBook air at home I have both accounts listed. I still have to at times sign into the office account account to help them with emails etc. On the MacBook my personal account is listed as the secondary account and the office account is listed as the primary. I would like to change this around and make my personal account the primary and the office as the secondary. How do I go about doing this without losing any information. I do not want these accounts to be affected on any of the other computers.

One way would be to create two user accounts, one for work and one for personal use. Sign into iCloud with the applicable Apple ID in each account. That will keep all your data separate. Log out/in when necessary to change.
