I have a pair of apple earphones But i don't have the bill I lost my bill and now my earphones not working properly so what is the procedure to change this pair

If your headphones don‘t work with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


Apple accessories generally have a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you think that they are defective, have them checked. They will then explain your replacement options.
