my headphones broke and I was wondering how do I go about getting them replaced

Make a reservation to have them inspected by Apple or an authorized service provider (like BestBuy)

Contact Apple Support > https://getsupport.apple.com/

Choose iPhone
Repairs & physical damage
Headphone, cable or USB adapter
Bring in for repair
"Current location" or enter your address AND your phone service carrier
Choose a location from the list and make a reservation

I’m not sure I took them out my backpack one day when I came home from school tried to use them and they didn’t work I tried my moms headphones and they worked so I knew it wasn’t my phone it was the headphones
