Why won't my iPad discover my new cricut explore one in the Bluetooth settings?

It appears the Cricut Explore one does not have any Bluetooth technology built-in or support in this model.

Only the Cricut Explore Air, Air 2 and Cricut maker have built-in Bluetooth technology and support.
You need to purchase this Bluetooth adapter from Cricut to use Bluetooth with your Cricut Explorer one.
