iphone went to black and white

My iphone SE went to all black and white mode. I tried "color filters" and turning grayscale off, but nothing changes...?

Hi there, UCDRadTech!
Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you’re having an issue with your iPhone screen being black and white and I am happy to help! I would start by going to Settings > General > Accessibility > Display Accommodations and turn off Color Filters. Next, I recommend going to Settings > General > Accessibility > Zoom > Zoom Filter and be sure that is set to None. Then, Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch and see if you notice a difference.
Let me know the results and have a great day!
