Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

apple id locked

My son has locked is apple id. we have the password to unlock it, but we can not respone to the recovery question. The email on this apple id is the icloud email, so we can not recieve the recovery question. How could we do to unlock the account ?

we can do nothing on this ipad (wipe is not possible without the cloud id)

If he can't re-enable the account himself : If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support


He should contact iTunes Support in the country where he is (and which is therefore the country on his account) and see if they can/will re-enable it for him : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww


Or to remove activation lock from the iPad (assuming that's what you are referring to), and if you were the original purchaser of the iPad (i.e. it wasn’t bought used), you could try going to an Apple Store (make a Genius Bar appointment if you do) or try contacting iTunes Support online (http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww) and see if they can remove the iPad from the account - they are likely to want to see proof of ownership before they might help e.g. original receipt with the serial number on it
