Headphone jack

About a week ago my phone started acting up. I have an iPhone 7 that I’ve had for about a year and I plugged my headphones into the charging/headphone jack of my phone and the sound just kept coming out of my phone. I then tried to plug in my adpater that comes with the phone to my six cord in the car and it still came out of my phones primary bottom speaker. when someone calls me or I call them, they get the call but I can’t hear them and they can’t hear me, I tried to put the phone on speaker but the speaker icon is faded and won’t let me click it. None of the speakers work. When I get a FaceTime call I answer it and it ends immediatly. The videos I take on my phone have no sound and my voice memos don’t work. I Tried cleaning out my iphone jack but it didn’t work. Please help!

iPhone 7, iOS 11.4.1

Denice420,

The symptoms still indicate a dirty charging port. Check again or have an authorized service center check it.
